A leader's top priority is to develope leaders. For over 20 years I have been leading local and international teams of 3 to over 150, covering HR Business Parnters, HR Generalists, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Organizational Development, Mergers & Acquisitions, HRIT, Learning and others.

 

During my years, I've hired and developed HR talent and leaders around the globe and enabled them as great partners for their business.

Improving the ROI of the HR function is one of my key focus areas.

 

I've been optimizing budgets through organizational improvements, drove programs to build stronger business cases to demonstrate business impact and financial outcomes to business.

 

I've implemented approaches like the 4 disciplines of execution in HR creating key KPIs and dashboards to improve the function and enable to tell the right success story to stakeholders.

 

Culture

 

I had the chance to be part of two significant mergers. HP and Compaq and Quintiles and IMS Health.

 

I've led culture integration in the biggest merger in the Clinical Research industry, to support the overall success of the newly formed company in the long-term. Culture strategy and exeution plan have been ready on day one.

 

Strategy

 

I've been building and executing functional, regional and global HR strategies.

 

HR strategies aligned with business strategy to drive growth and profitability.

 

There are many important elements of the strategy - but key is that is drives business and that results can be measured.

 

Innovation

 

Some call it change - I prefer innovation.

It is the second most important role of a leader - drive innovation to keep your business and the HR function relevant.

 

The most significant innovation project in HR I ran was called "Chrysalis" and reshaped the way HR services have been delivered globally. Other innovations drove Talent Acquisition in EMEA or graduate programs for key business roles.

Entrepreneur

 

As an entrepreneur, I founded VIARES, crafting it from concept to scalable, profitable global operations.

 

Today, it's delivering solutions worldwide—on positive margins—serving over 20 B2B clients, and contributing a six-figure revenue stream with more than 12,000 talents trained and certified for.
